请问有谁知道PR读完了510小时英语课程外，再去TAFE申请读英语，是不是可以免费的呀？澳洲有没有这样的白纸黑字的规定呀？在哪里？

今天我替LG到Centrelink去办申请免学费，那印度女人说我们没有住满2年，不能享受任何benefit,然后我说是consultant跟我们说的，可惜我不记得她的名字了，那印度女人就一口咬定我们不可以，再然后我说我想见consultant，她就说我没有登记，让我先去救世军那里登记，我说我是替LG见consultant，她就说要他本人来才能约。可是LG这几天要上班啊，我在寒风中站了半小时等开门，却什么也没办成，555555。

tafe的学费,好像只有有孩子的家庭,才可以申请免的. 不光是英语课程,任何的tafe课程都可以,但没有孩子的家庭,好像就没有了.

Melburne has such opportunity for new migrants. My wife just enrolled her Eng course in TAFE this Tue. There is another 300(400)hrs free course supportted by Centerlink for new migrants who has finished his 510hrs. Be quick.

1. my friend told me before.
2. go to local ames and ask the teacher to write a letter to corresponding centerlink
3. go to centerlink to register as a job seeker
4. with the job seeker id you got from centerlink, apply a tafe english course
5. centerlink will send a fax to tafe with you detail
6. local tafe will contact you for interview
7. if your english level is right matching the course they have, you can enroll
8. my wife did above and enrolled on 1st Feb.

we do the exact things you mentioned from 2-3 step, however, when my husband went to centrelink, the consultant told him to enroll in an english course firstly, and then bring the payment back to centrelink.
what i concerned about is that weather the course meet the requirement of centrelink to exempt for the payment, if not, what can we do?

and my husband did the interview and was enrolled in the tafe. but i use three different language to phone centrelink, they all told me there was no this kind of benefit for us not stay here longer than two years.

And I think, not all centerlink support such course in TAFE, you'd better check other centerlinks in other surburbs.

我LG打算星期一的时候再跑一次Centrelink，实在不行的话，只能交钱了，今年开始TAFE的学费死贵，500刀呵，割肉啊。

There's only one person, generally, who's charging of tafe course. So once you got the letter from your local ames, you can see a person is nominated to inqury  about further study. Not all every staff in centerlink knows such stuff.
Go to AMES and ask first, and got the name of the person related.

LLNP 英语课程,达到条件的新移民(要有寻工卡什么的)是可以申请免费读的.
Tafe的OQPP课程(好象包括几周的Work Experience), 据说要交一些钱.至于交了钱之后,能不能退掉,就不知道了.
