103签证MOC要求补充材料的疑问

因为妈妈前年被诊断出乳腺癌，我们首次体检时也如实说了，现在收到移民局邮件要补充材料。但是不清楚这个是再次去体检地方诊断，还是找之前看病/手术的医生？


邮件里有个附件，邮件的标题就是Request for further medical information，内容大致

I am writing from Bupa Medical Visa Services as the Migration Medical Services Provider for the Department of Home Affairs. This letter relates to the health examinations that you have undertaken in connection with your application for a visa to travel to and enter Australia and/or remain in Australia. Please note that all other requests relating to your visa application are managed separately by a visa decision maker.

A Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC) has advised that additional medical information is required before it can be determined whether you satisfy the health criteria for the visa that you have applied for. It is important that you read the attached Form 884 carefully, as it explains exactly what additional information is required.

To complete any further medical examinations as requested in the attached Form 884, please attend the panel clinic where your initial medical examination was performed. You must make every reasonable effort to be available for, and attend, an examination. If it is not possible for you to return to the same panel clinic, an alternative panel clinic may be approached to complete the follow-up request. A list of panel clinics in Australia can be found on the Bupa website at www.bupamvs.com.au. A list of approved panel clinics outside Australia can be found on the Department of Home Affairs’ website Offices outside Australia (homeaffairs.gov.au).

You will need to present your passport, or another approved acceptable identity document at the time of your appointment. All costs involved in the examination are your responsibility.

If the attached Form 884 is requesting further medical documentation, and you are unsure of how to submit this information, you can contact the panel physician where you attended for your initial visa medical examinations. If you are unable to do so, you can contact Bupa Medical Visa Services by email at HomeAffairs-Offshoreservices@Bupamvs.com.au for assistance.

Your health assessment cannot proceed without the requested medical information. Note, you have 28 days from the date you receive this letter to provide the required medical information. If you are unable to meet this timeframe and require an extension of time, you can contact Bupa Medical Visa Services by email at HomeAffairs-Offshoreservices@Bupamvs.com.au.

After your health case has been assessed and finalised by a MOC, a visa decision maker will then be able to progress your visa application.

问题是884表里就说得模棱两可，既说提供更多的材料“requesting further medical documentation”，也说“complete any further medical examinations as requested”

有没有得过癌症的103申请者遇到过相似的要求，还是回到原来体检中心吗？谢谢

如果国内做的体检就最好回国找你原来体检中心，和他们说这个884，他们都懂得。会找你要你原来体检的HAP号码。然后你最好回去找你原来的手术医生或者医院（需要乙级以上医院），叫他们按照119表上的那个给你写一个证明，需要加盖医院公章或者病历章。然后拿回体检中心叫他们翻译上传。然后就可以等结果，如果MOC说需要继续检查，就回原来手术医院继续检查出报告。

上面提到的每一点都需要在报告中体现。 国内医生一般不愿给你写5年生存率和复发可能，怕担责任，看你口才了

不要在澳洲弄这个，会非常麻烦，耗时耗心。
