Looking for a portable music player with below features.

+ decent sound quality
+ plays MP3 and FLAC (no conversion or whatsoever required)
+ 4GB storage or more
+ good usability
+ good battery life
+ under $150

It will be used to play various kinds of music, e.g. pop, jazz, classic, new age but no rock or hip hop kind of noise

Heard about iRiver and iAudio with some good review feedback but no sure how they really perform in reality

Your suggestions, please?
