有个悉尼卖房中介，周末告诉我离我家不远有个房子off market (private treaty)卖了高于我预估的价格，他们有很多potential buyers。
谁知道今天这个房子挂在了real estate上面出售(For Sale，不是Sold)(当然中介还是他们)，我很好奇问这个中介，得到的回复是:
We’ve uploaded it to Realestate.com.au so it appears in the sold section and also helps generate additional enquiries for our buyer database.
We had planned to put it online earlier, however the property was tenanted at the time and we needed to wait until the required notice period had been served before advertising it online as sold.
感觉没一句真话呢，能这么写啊？ |
