I am a PR and live in australia,thinking to sell china's property right now. Does anybody in this bbs know the procedure how to delegate my relative to handle those things?Cause I don't want to bother to go back china just for this. I am told that I need to go to chinese consulate to get some certification(Gong Zheng). Another thing I am concerned is if ATO will tax the capital gains on this. Thanks!! |
