我昨天注册了个PAYPAL帐号 按他的提示Verify了我的信用卡 信用卡扣掉了2块钱，paypal说确认后会返还这个钱。 可是我登陆我的信用卡察看的时候发现扣了2笔钱，一笔是2刀， 还有一笔是0.94刀，不明白为什么？ 看Description里显示的还是和Verify信用卡同一个transaction ID 马上给PAYPAL写信询问，他们回复如下： When you register a card or update your card information, PayPal randomly requests temporary authorisation of $0.94 AUD ($1 USD) for verification purposes. Once the full amount of the purchase is processed, it will show up in your account history, as a 'completed' transaction and the preauthorization hold will be released. 这个意思是不是说 PAYPAL随意扣个钱数，证明你的卡有效？ 但是这个钱不退了？ 但是我上次帮朋友激活信用卡的时候没有这个呀，只是扣了2刀，然后确认后就返还了。 有人知道是怎么回事么？先谢谢了 |
