| 上个月从EXETEL 的internet+homephone Bundle 计划转到tpg的ADSL2+HOMEPHONE bundle unlimited 计划。两星期前收tpg的e－mail 说已经active 网络了，但上网速度非常非常慢，想打开网页慢得几乎不能动，另外电话也只能打出不能打入，tpg现在要求我提供 ：previous account nomber 和previous Biller ，请问楼主这个previous Biller 是什么？我现在pay 两个公司的 fee ,因为原来的previous provider 还没有取消，现在tpg又已经收我的费用了。所以急问。 |
