ikee is never going to give you up: Apple iPhone worm discovered! Sophos has announced that they have discovered the first malware in the wild that targets the Apple iPhone. It has been designed to target jailbroken iPhones and it is currently infected the devices in the Australian market. This worm is capable of affecting the devices which have the default SSH password (alpine). The worm is inspired by the rickroll legend Rick Astley. It changes the background to an image of the popular internet meme and a message appears on the screen which states: ‘ikee is never going to give you up’. It does not affect iPhones and iPod Touch devices which are not jailbroken… so well Apple cannot be blamed here! |
