如何处理disabled macro文档？

现在打开所有word文档时，即使是新文档，都会出现这样一个对话框。
The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online help or documentation of the host application to determine how to enable macros.

在help 里看了，也没办法消除掉，请问怎么办？
