我有个国内购置行货IBM笔记本，买了2年多，使用良好，可是最近不知何故硬盘声响，而且持续不断，机器速度当然就减慢了。

当时买的时候记得是一年保修，配件加人工。可是听朋友说有些硬盘本身其厂商是保修3年的，大家有听说过吗？IBM悉尼的保修地点哪里电话多少？

另外现在想买个2.5寸移动硬盘自己换上，可是我的IBM机器硬盘好像在键盘下面，反正后盖可打开的地方都没有。问题来了，咋卸下键盘？

get a flat head screw driver, insert under the metal plate for the keyboard and use leverage to push it forward then up. There are a few tabs holding it in, but the metal base should be a thin sheet and flexible. If you don't use too much force it would come off right. Be careful when you do it. try to apply small amount of force to start with and have a look what is holding the keyboard in and where they are.
