报告中把没有达到的项目都用阴影标注出来了，是孩子失分的点，可以作为今后学习提高的指导方向。如果按照LZ的方法计算，今年5年级的最高分应该是30/37。

whether the writing is about the stimulus topic. No marks will be awarded if the writing is not based on the topic.

所写的故事和情节设计是够精巧，细节和分支是否充分合理，是否善于使用结构元素
其精致的结构或技巧包括：

4、Narrative Devices（11%） v.s. Audience（10%）

narrative devices 我不知道如何翻译才好，暂且用叙事套路来表达

叙事套路和如何吸引读者这点我放在一起，通过详细要求我觉得这两者其实是一个诉求，就是如何通过运用写作技巧和文字来吸引读者的兴趣（使故事变得有趣有可读性）。
NAPLAN更注重故事的可读性和趣味性，而ICAS重视以下这些叙事技巧是否被有效的使用。

ICAS
At least one narrative device (e.g. humour, sensory detail, narrative voice) was attempted.(84%)
尝试了至少一种叙事方式技巧（例如幽默，感官细节，叙事声音）。

5、Imag/Fig Lang（7%） v.s. Character and setting（8%）

这两者无法对比，只能说对于人物和设定的背景设定构建方面有相关性
同样，作为官方的NAPLAN，更多细节，更多八股要求。而ICAS的要求就比较粗放，不过提到了要求对比喻方法的运用。

ICAS

6、Vocabulary（7%） v.s. Vocabulary（13%）

词汇在NAPLAN里面比重是13%，算大头了。而ICAS在写作方面更注重整体感觉。
这里ICAS四年级无人达到第三等级，所以我也无从得知要求，但是NAPLAN显然告诉了我们更多。
对词汇使用的要求是：恰当、精确、有效、自然、流畅、多样性

ICAS
Appropriate vocabulary was used to support the narrative.（81%）
使用适当的词汇来支持叙事。
Some effective vocabulary was used to enhance the narrative.（17%）
一些有效的词汇用于增强叙事。

NAPLAN

谢谢楼主更正，medal是颁给最高分者不是按百分比，但hd应该是1%。六年级最高分应该是31/37，我们是29/37。顺便说一句,  写作题好像和4、5年级一样的。

从现在比较下来看要求差距不会太大，理论上分数也不应该相差太大

强帖慢慢看。感觉写作对于华人孩子来说确实需要更下功夫，相对阅读和语法词汇，更难提高，家长帮助有限。不记得虎妈有没有发过关于如何提高写作的贴，参加一些writing club吗？kumon或是找tutor？

如果两者都考同样的文体，在没有跑题和发挥正常的情况下，两个考试成绩应该相差不大。但是如果文体不一样，那就不一定了。

naplan已经连续好几年考议论文了。而icas是议论文和记叙文每年轮换。写议论文强过记叙文的，那么今年naplan成绩会比icas好。反之亦然。

三年级题目也是和四年级一样诶。那我的疑问是评分标准一样吗？就是说同样的分数三年级要求的是不是低一些？我家22/37， top 1%，不知道最高多少分啊
