布里斯班成为全澳房租负担最重的城市  





据澳广9月16日报道，最新的数据显示，布里斯班已经成为全澳房租负担最重的城市。

根据Investors Club公布的全国房租负担指数，在布里斯班，三卧室单元周租金在收入中所占比例明显上升。

Investors Club发言人Kevin Young说，布里斯班的房租支出占收入的28%，相比之下，霍巴特为26%，悉尼25%，墨尔本则是23%。

他说，澳大利亚的中位房租价格持续攀升，央行有必要考虑降息，从而重新激活针对房屋市场的投资。

New figures show Brisbane is now the most expensive city in Australia in which to rent a home.

A national index of rental affordability developed by the Investors Club shows the proportion of income needed to pay the weekly rent of a three bedroom home in Brisbane has gone up.

Investors Club spokesman Kevin Young says Brisbane rents account for about 28 per cent of a full time wage, compared to 26 per cent in Hobart, 25 per cent in Sydney and 23 per cent in Melbourne.

He says weekly medium rents are continuing to surge in Australia and it is important the Reserve Bank reduces interest rates to reignite the investment home market.

据2008年1月5日《Brisbane Times》报道，布里斯班房租继续上涨在过去的一年里，距离布里斯班市中心5～20公里的中环区域（the middle suburbs of Brisbane ），一栋两居室House的每周房租中间价位飙升超过14％，与此同时，近城区两居室Unit的房租涨幅则低于6％。


What it'll cost you to live in:

The inner suburbs (up to 5km from CBD):
One bedroom unit: $265 a week, up 10.4%
Two bedroom unit: $370 a week, up 5.7%
Three bedroom house: $380 a week, up 11.8%

The middle suburbs (5-20km from CBD)
One bedroom unit: $195 a week, up 14.7%
Two bedroom unit: $275 a week, up 12.2%
Three bedroom house: $320 a week, up 14.3%

The outer suburbs (20km+ from CBD)
One bedroom unit: $165 a week, up 13.8%
Two bedroom unit: $210 a week, up 13.5%
Three bedroom house: $270 a week, up 14.9%
