The following Merchant Offer Terms are specific to the Merchant Offer above:

To be eligible to receive the $50 Woolworths gift card you must be the recipient of the mail communication and register your name, email address and card number for this offer using any American Express Card issued by American Express Australia Limited between 00:01 AEST on 1 November 2010 and 23:59 AEST on 15 December 2010 at americanexpress.com.au/woolworths. Cardmembers who hold American Express Business Travel Accounts, Government Cards, Corporate Purchasing Cards, Qantas American Express Cards, Qantas American Express Premium Cards, Qantas American Express Ultimate Cards, Qantas American Express Discovery Cards and David Jones American Express Cards and Cards not issued by American Express are not eligible to enter.
Once registered, you must spend $250 or more across three (3) or more of these industry categories at the participating retail stores, capped at a total spend of $1,000 with a maximum reward of 4 x $50 Woolworths Gift Cards, no later than 23:59 AEST on 15 December 2010. Industry Categories and participating retailers are:1) Supermarkets: Woolworths Supermarkets, Woolworths shop online, Safeway, Food for Less;2) Liquor: Dan Murphy’s; 3) Electronics: Dick Smith, Tandy; 4) Department Stores: BIG W (including Vision Centres and Fuji Kiosks) Excludes spend at Woolworths Petrol.
Cardmembers may only register one American Express Card for this offer. Only transactions made on the Card registered for the offer are eligible. Transactions made on another Card account or a supplementary Card with a different Card account number are not eligible. The $50 Woolworths gift card will be mailed approximately 8 to 10 weeks from the promotion end date to the address which the mail communication was received. If your mail address has changed since the receipt of the mail communication please call the Customer Service number of the back of your card to update your details. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions detailed on the gift card and will expire on the date specified on the gift card.
Woolworths Limited is the issuer of the Woolworths Gift Card but is not the promoter of the offer and is therefore not responsible forthe prizes, products or services under the offer or the fulfillment of the offer terms.
