看了其他同学的利器,好是好,但是还是不够“利”。这回真正的利器来了。。。。。
我本来就对刀有偏爱,俺们家俺负责下厨,都说“工欲善其事,必先利其器”,于是有了家里大大小小的刀几十把,有的刀不是刀是艺术品。比如今天推的这个利器:
Hattori,懂刀的同学应该知道或听说过,关住唯知郎,日本做刀很有名的一个大师,应该有70岁了,他亲手做的KD系列因为产量小,从来都是有价无货,排队要排很久才能买得到,我买的这把是HD大马士革钢刀系列,在下面的网站,具体价格忘了,好象是$160左右。
以下一段为凑字数,同学们当故事听吧,千万别认真哈。
话说很久很久很久很久很久很久以前,在日本国有一个18岁的有志青年,他子承父业,在父亲的厨刀生产厂家"Masahiro"默默无闻的工作,他日出而作,日落而息,虚心好学,不耻下问,学习并积累了大量的做刀经验,后来在公元1971年他开创了自己的品牌,打造高品质的厨刀和猎刀,因为品质出众,实行三包,还代办托运,并多次获得国家优质产品奖章,"Hattori"的品牌很快一炮而红,在日本国内和国际得到众多高端买家的一致推许。他事无巨细都亲力亲为,他做刀注意每一个细节,从刀片研磨,抛光,开刃角度到处理成型,装配等等等等。。每把不符合他的严格的质量标准的刀,都会返工或被扔掉。他决不妥协的做刀精神,使他曾获“世界最佳刀匠” (World's Best Knife Craftsman)的殊荣。当你手握此刀,切瓜砍菜时,你会明白他确是实至名归,绝非浪得虚名。
早就看过这个系列厨刀的介绍和图片,但真刀到手后还是让我感叹其外表的精美,做工的精细,价格也不算太贵,绝对精品,严重推荐。

用后感觉,此刀切牛肉如切猪肉,切猪肉如切西红柿,切西红柿如切豆腐,切豆腐如。。。什么也没切,锋利无比。其实我平时不是很舍得用它,一般切鱼生时才用,平时用的还有旬,双人,WMF等,还有国货阳江十八子的菜刀,也不错。
总之一句话,这刀实在是居家旅行,杀人灭口必备之利器。

He is now 70 years old. His knife making career has started at the age of 18, when he joined his farther's kitchen knife factory "Masahiro" in Seki. In 1971, he has opened his own workshop and started producing his own brand high quality kitchen knives and hunting knives. The "Hattori"brand knives have quickly gained great reputations from the end users both in domestic and overseas for the finest workmanship.
In the final finishing work, he gives his special care to check every detail, blade grinding and polishing flows, warping, angles and handle shaping, fitting etc etc... Every knife that does not meet with his strict quality standard, is returned to be reworked from the begining or thrown away.
His "Never Compromise" attidude to seek the finest workmanship has made him called as "World's Best Knife Craftsman". He was also honored to receive "Excellent Skilled Craftsman Award" from Seki Knife Industrial Association. When you hold his knife in hand and actually use it, you will know and admit that he really deserve it.
We would like everyone to experience his fine work, but his production is very limited due to the time consuming hand works. We will try to maintain as many inventories as possible, and will update the inventory condition everyday.
