超过1000刀要付关税的，也不能cash back。

不能退税，因为没付GST。

翻新机也不是没可能

不一定不能退，要发票上写了GST就能退，我上次买了个TOPBUY卖的相机，从韩国运过来的，保修只能邮寄去TOPBUY，不能自己拿去厂商保，但是他们出了本地发票，上面写了GST数额，成功退税。
