推荐EXETEL-Nake ADSL2宽带电话计划（首月省15刀）

经过一个月的实际使用，觉得EXETEL的Nake ADSL2宽带计划确实是一个性价比比较高的计划，向还没装宽带和想转宽带计划的同志隆重推荐。

一、计划内容：
我10月份申请的是每月45刀的，peaktime下载量12G和offpeaktime下载量48G的Nake 的ADSL2的计划，没有每月的固定电话月租。申请他家公司的VOIP电话，免费送了一个固定电话号码，我买了个ATA，装上普通电话机，平时接打电话就跟固定电话一样。打中国是0.02刀一分钟，打本地固定电话是0.1刀，打手机是0.22刀/分钟。Naked ADSL2 每个月送100个free local call。如果打中国多的话，用信用卡在PennyTel充值就可以一个call0.08刀unlimited打中国了。打电话效果，经过一个月的试验，接通率和声音效果跟普通电话没什么区别。
这一个月，在线视频、听音乐，不停的用电驴和BT、迅雷下电影看，用迅雷最快能跑到900k/秒，来澳洲半年了，终于能找到点象在中国用宽带那种感觉了。  

09年1月起计划有点变化，peaktime少了6G，（peaktime：12PM-12AM；offpeaktime：12AM-12PM）

虽然写着超流量charge$3/GB,但登陆会员管理后可以改成超量减速，减速后可再继续免费用2GB，如果再超就是3刀1GB。另外每个帐户有：
1、20个Email转接地址；
2、200MB网盘；
3、个人博客地址；
4、固定IP地址；
5、可以发送每月20条160字节的短信，超过也只有5分一条，发国际短信就是0.18刀一条；
6、可以从Email账号发传真3分一次（10页内）；

二、开通条件：必须是Telstra的固定电话线，我当时就申请了一个Telstra的固定电话线，开通费加第一个月月租80刀，EXETEL开通费60刀，共140刀的开通费，以后只要支付45刀就享受54G流量的宽带，打电话也用不了多少钱，我一个月打回国也就花了3刀左右，打本地固话每个月有100个free call。如果是同一家公司的VOIP，免费通话。开通时间是15-20个工作日，我当时开通电话线等了两天，开通宽带等了15天。

缺点：这家公司客户服务不好，服务电话很难打，只能在该公司的论坛里提问。我的Modem和ATA都是自己买，自己装的，所以还是需要懂点网络知识。

还有因为这个公司因为服务人员少，也很少做广告，所以都靠人传人，你要是用他们家的宽带，推荐一个人加入这个公司，就可以得到一次性15-30刀的credit。我就因为推荐了好几个人，现在已经变成AGENT了，只要在EXETEL Agent Code填我的agent 号：LITE773 ，我就可以得到一次性30刀的credit，你的首月也会有15刀的credit。双赢！

以前一直用Exetel，感觉还行，除开偶尔会断网，但是个人还是倾向于装个固定电话

看上去的确不错

俺当时也是看了半天这个公司，peak的流量比off peak的流量少很多。

还有万一超了，还要收钱，让偶不爽

和lz确认，是否真的可以会员登陆后改成限速而不再收费

是可以自选是否要付超流量费还是减速的。在会员登陆以后有两个选项，打上勾就可以了。
12 noon to 12 midnight : I don't want to be charged when I reach my peak download allowance and realise my download speed will be reduced to 64 kbps once that allowance is reached and if I exceed my limit by more than 2 gbytes I will be charged at a rate of $6.00 per gb or part thereof until the end of the month.

12 midnight to 12 noon: : I don't want to be charged when I reach my off peak download allowance and realise my download speed will be reduced to 64 kbps once that allowance is reached and if I then exceed 50 gbytes in this period I will be charged at a rate of $6.00 per gb or part thereof until the end of the month.

请问LZ，
我要申请这个计划，首先需要开通telstra固定电话，然后申请EXETEL的Nake ADSL2，那么EXETEL公司会帮助我断开telstra的电话吗。是这样吗？

会员登陆，自选超流量减速，假如超过2G是要收费$6/G，还是减速until the end of the month？

此前看帖子，有人说这个公司对BT、emule下载有限制的，速度比较慢。你有这样的感觉吗？

这是会员主页里的条款：
The default setting for your ADSL or Wireless plan is to allow you to exceed your plans included peak and off peak downloads and to be charged $3.00 per gigabyte or part thereof for downloads in each separate period. The below boxes are therefore set as 'unchecked' as the default.

You can also elect to have your line speed restricted to 64 kbps after you reach either or both of your peak and off peak download inclusions. This selection will slow your access for the remainder of that calendar month for 2 gigabytes additional downloads to allow you to freely access your email and web browse and do minor downloads. It is not intended that you abuse this option by continuing to use your ‘shaped’ service to download as much as you can.

Therefore, if you have selected the ‘shaped’ option it is valid for a further 2 gigabytes of downloads for the remainder of the calendar month. Once you download more than 2 gigabytes you will be charged $6.00 per gigabyte or part gigabyte in either period.

You can only make ONE change per calendar month.

To select speed restriction you need to 'check' the appropriate boxes (by left clicking on either or both boxes) below if you don't want to be charged once you exceed the allowance for each period:

1、EXETEL通了宽带后，电话就断了，我十月中旬通的，十一月telstra就没收我月租了；
2、楼上有很详细的条款，应该是超了就放慢。
3、BT和emule人多的话能跑到50-80k，如果只有一个连接就只有几k，速度是比迅雷慢好多。我都是用offpeaktime通宵下。
4、我在Boxhill North，你可以用你们那个区域的电话号码在EXETEL的主页下order前会有一个Available check的步骤，先检查一下exchange是否可以，速度多少。

谢谢， 基本看明白了

peak的，到了quota之后，多给2个G，并且限速，如果这2G再超，就要$6/Giga,而不是3块了

还有请问ATA，有没有什么可以推荐的？

ATA我买的是sipura  SPA-2100 (被Linksys收购的公司），有路由功能和两个电话口，可以插两个普通电话，可以设置两个不同VOIP的电话号码，45刀，unlock的。

VOIP电话是不是网络电话，ATA又是啥？？？

VOIP是网络电话，原则上网络通，电话就通，ATA是用来连接普通电话和ADSL modem的设备，就是说VOIP公司提供一个类似普通电话号码的一个固定电话号码，通过设置，就可以用普通电话象平常的固定电话一样打出和接听电话。

lz不要误导大家。现在exetel超过流量限速的规则已经改掉了。不管选择限速还是不限速，超过2gb后每gb要$6。

另外鄙视一下lz给的链接。。如果RP好直接放他们公司主页。看似诚心推荐，其实自己拿好处！

我觉得iinet的naked dsl要好一点，没有超过流量的费用，只有减速，而且价钱差不多。还是觉得超流量付费很危险

ATA的设置Exetel会给你email告诉你怎么设，不懂可以来问我，VOIP的固定电话号码在你开通宽带登陆会员主页后可以在申请VOIP的菜单里自己选号码，什么城市都有，自己挑的。

我有朋友用iinet，50刀4G的，上行和下行都算流量，每个月前一个星期就用完了，虽然超流量不用付费，但你要忍受很长时间的慢速，Exetel是限速后可以免费再用2G，再超才3刀1G，而不是Bigpond的天价，而且所有的plan offpeaktime（晚上12点-到早上12点）是48G，对于一般下载电影不离谱的人来说足够了，反正我是每个月都没用完，两部电脑和移动硬盘都满了，愁啊！

其实也没什么特别好的，我是去年6月份开始用，因为申请的时候说了如果用信用卡付费，他们要受3块钱的手续费，这个理解，因为credit card 商家是要交一点手续费。所以我就选用了另外一种付费方式，direct debit. 。结果今年开始，他们的digital bill上面出现连这种direct debit也要加收3块钱手续费，这就让人觉得是抢劫了，因为他们不用向银行缴任何手续费。
钱虽不多，但是因为这是我第一次听说direct debit要交手续费的说法，于是我想问一下他们客服，电话从来打不通，写邮件几天后回了邮件告知没有其他付费方式可以省掉这个手续费，就是说这每个月extra 3 dollors是绑定的。
