11月1日消息 截止到今年9月底的最新统计数据显示,墨尔本东南Monash city council所辖各区的房产价格大幅增长,过去的一年来,Glen Waverley和Mt Waverley房价升幅位居大墨尔本各区涨幅最大suburbs的前20名。
Glen Waverley去年9月底的房产中间价是$445,000元,今年9月底则已升至$635,100元,升幅为42.7%;Mt Waverley则从$457,900元升至$645,100元,涨幅为40.9%;Wheelers Hill从 $429,500升至$587,500元,幅度为36.8%。
Mulgrave也在过去的三个月里成为市场热点之一,中价位达到$410,000元,季度升幅为14.5%,挤入墨尔本季度升幅前20名行列。

THE median price of houses in many Monash suburbs has climbed to $150,000 more than Melbourne's median house price.
Figures released by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria last week show Melbourne's median house price has jumped 13.1 per cent, or $50,000, in the past 12 months to $431,000.
But house prices in Monash have soared even higher, with Glen Waverley and Mt Waverley listed in the top 20 growth suburbs across Melbourne.
Buyers in Glen Waverley faced a 42.7 per cent price rise from September last year to September this year, from $445,000 to $635,100.
Residents looking to buy a home in Mt Waverley have also faced a 40.9 per cent price rise, from $457,900 last year to $645,100 this year.
Mulgrave has also been a real estate hotspot, with a 14.5 per cent rise from June to September this year, making it one of Melbourne's top 20 growth suburbs for the quarter.
Potential home-buyers hunting for a property in Mulgrave will now have to pay a median price of $410,000 to secure a home.
Wheelers Hill has also seen strong growth, with the median price jumping 36.8 per cent in 12 months, from $429,500 to $587,500.
REIV chief executive Enzo Raimondo said the figures confirmed the worsening affordability of housing in much of Melbourne. |
