元旦起维州降低购房印花税政策开始实施

从2007年1月1日起，联邦和维州政府多项新政策将开始实施，其中和要买房的筒子关系密切的是购房印花税将下降，具体来说：



■ 房价介于$115,000至400,000元之间的房产，印花税将从6%降低到5%，对于墨尔本房产中间价位$36.7万来说，将可节省大约$2600元印花税；

■ 房价在$400,000至500,000元之间，印花税将减少2850元；

■ 首次置业津贴，除了联邦政府的$7000元外，维州政府的首置津贴$3000元将继续执行至2009年6月30日；

■ 购置新建住宅者，首次置业津贴将增加到$5000元。

■ 工资税由5.15%降至5.05%；

■ 废除商用租房税。

STATE GOVERNMENT


■VicRoads raises heavy vehicle registration by 2.7 per cent

■CityLink prices rise by about 4.5 per cent on a year ago

■Stamp duty cut from 6 per cent to 5 per cent on family homes between $115,000 and $400,000 Cut of $2850 on houses valued between $400,000 and $500,000

■New laws to crack down on drink driving among young drivers

好像不对吧，印花税从6% to 5%是针对concession的，不能跟first grant 3000刀一起拿，事实上还是没有减税
