其实， 按照我们家现在正在盖的房子合同， 所需的步骤这样的：
1. Slab complete
Complete of excavation, concrete piering, internal drainage, termite collars to all internal drainage through slab and completion of concrete house slab.
2. Frame complete:
completion of external house drainage and house wall frames & roof framing.
3. Brickwork ground floor
4. Completion of house brickwork
5. Roof complete:
Completion of tile roof, eaves to first floor and plumbing rough in.
6. Plasterboard complete:
Completion of electrical rough in, air conditioning rough in, wall insulation and plasterboard ( excludes cornice and plasterboard under stairwell)
7. Fixings complete:
Completion of cornices and plasterboard under stairwell, wet area flashing, architraves, skirtings, internal doors, front entry doors, kitchen installed ( excludes installation of handrails & balustrades to stairs).
8. Painting complete:
Completion of garage door installation, wet area tiling, internal ground floor tiling, interior & exterior painting.
9. Practical completion:
When the building works are complete except for minor omissions and defects that do not prevent the building works from being reasonably capable of being used for their usual purpose. (i.e. All interior fit-off items installed including door furniture, robe rails and fit-out, bathroom accessories, ceiling insulation, external air conditioning unit, electrical and plumbing finish off, shower screens, mirrors to vanitiles, handrails & balustrades to balconies, house clean inside & out and final site cleaned). |
