Accident with our client - you need to pay the claim costs
Our client was involved in the above accident with you or with someone else who was driving your
vehicle.
The information we received about that accident shows that the driver of your vehicle was at fault.
This means that you’re responsible for the damage to our client’s vehicle and need to pay the claim
costs.
How much do you need to pay?
The claim costs are $1,500.94 (excluding GST). We have enclosed copies of relevant documents
which show how we worked out that amount.
You need to pay $1,500.94 by 7 November 2014. See the payment slip for how to pay.
Do you have insurance?
If your vehicle is insured and you want to make a claim with your insurer, then you should call them
straight away so they can handle this matter for you.
If you make a claim, then you need to give us your claim number and your insurer’s details - we’ll
sort this out directly with them
我已经气愤到了极点，明明是对方的错却反过来要我赔，我该怎么办？
第一张是撞击瞬间，第二张是当时实际情况
地点是：regent park valige fair(一个小的shopping valige)regent park QLD
事情的经过很简单：我开着车带着宝宝（在CAR SEAT里）想去买点水果，正常行驶到IGA门口后心里想是停在左边呢还是右边呢，砰的一声就被撞在那儿了，傻了几秒钟后想要推门下车（这时对方已经后退并下车），结果门打不开了，她过来帮我使劲硬打开了一部分，我挤下车，她就承认是她的错误了，在IGA里交换了信息临走前我还再次跟她确认是她的错我不需要做（PAY）任何。
8月26号在IGA门口被鬼佬撞在车侧面上（100%是对方的责任）（对方车头正顶在我车右前门和右前轮），当时门开不了了，对方当时就承认是她的错，给了我她的名字，地址，电话，她是IGA的员工，我第一次遇到这种事情，她又承认了全是她的责任，所以我没有想到找证人，交换了信息就走了。第二天发短信问了她要了CLAIM NO，联系她的保险公司RACQ去检查车，RACQ的员工简单弄了弄车门就可以打开了，之后RACQ来电话要了我的EMAIL，要我填表书面说明情况。我的车是旧车，门也能开了，只剩下些划痕我就不很在意了，我英语不太好，就想算了吧，不追究了，可是没想到今天居然收到RACQ的EMAIL，说对方找到证人，是我撞到她车，我晕！怎么能这样，说谎还找来假证人。
以下是今天收到的RACQ的EMAIL,恳请大家帮帮忙，我该怎么做？难道被撞倒的我还要赔偿她吗？

We’ve reviewed the claim
We have reviewed the above claim and the documents you have provided. The circumstances of the accident indicate that this is not a case where liability can be admitted and we deny all responsibility in connection with the accident on behalf of client.
Based off the attached statement from the independent pedestrian witness, the driver of your vehicle has travelled over into oncoming traffic’s lane and collided with our clients vehicle.
