143父母付费移民，准备材料清单

1。想请问下父母超过65岁要付费移民是不是就是143 签证（表格47A)，还是有老年付费的另外签证？
2。 担保人一定是要子女吗？不能是女婿？
3。 付费是不是先只交签证费？其他剩余费用什么时候交呢（是不是体检通过后交）？
现在暂时就想到这些



再想问下关于所需要的公证：
妈妈那边可以办理的：
1. 妈妈的出生公证(准备户口本或身份证公证代替）
2. 父母的结婚公证
3. 我和父母的关系公证
4. 无犯罪证明公证(这个看足迹都说有时效所以以后等通知再办）
5. 我的独生子女公证
另妈妈移民申请需要提供：
- 妈妈的护照每一页复印件
- 4张标准护照照片。

我这边可以办的(需要JP签字的文件）
1. LG 收入证明（经济担保人）
2. 我俩的澳洲公民证和结婚证


另：需要填写form 47pa,    40,   956
（独生子女是不需要填写47a 的对吗）

还有什么需要补充的吗，谢谢！

143是offshore，申请人（你父母）必须在澳洲以外申请和准签，这个签证没有年龄限制。相对应的onshore是864（年迈父母贡献类移民）,你父母超过65岁年龄满足，但是864必须在境内申请，所以只有当你父母已在澳洲境内（比如通过旅游探亲签证），同时没有8503条款才能申请。所以你父母可以在澳洲境外申请143，运气好（没有8503）也可能能到澳洲申请864。
女婿可以担保。
其他费用排到了补好材料通过体检办好AOS要下签时再交。

谢谢，onshore 那个8503很难去掉，就算没有办了过桥签证等也要在这等又没medicare 还是143算了
还想问下通常7月1日签证费涨价，那如果在这之前把表格寄出是不是就按移民局收到日期还是其他时间算


PS. 如何加分给你啊

就担保人来说，只要是澳洲公民和PR都可以为你移民做担保。当然前提一是人家愿意，二是满足经济条件要求，三是10年不能再为他人担保。

子女的配偶也可以做sponsor的:

是的，如果独生子女的话还要证明就一个孩子，现在有的公证处不开这证明了，只要你父母自己写个声明去公证也一样

都快交了一年了 补充材料没再要，就是form 80 我那个时候来不及没填后来扣钱后要求补交的

我是独生子女为了证明这个父母在公证处写了份承担法律责任的声明，因为公证处不再做独生子女的公证了

对的父母的出生公证只要户口本公证就可以了，我还递了身份证复印件

对的，有时间的话你把form 80也一起递了，我是怕麻烦有想赶在7月一日前递所以偷懒了一下

我找过了，这一段截取的位置不对。去年我就是因为这个原因没法开始申请啊。
