当天,我在Aust Post网站上进行投诉,并在AP的facebook上同时提出。
很快,AP两边都回复了。
网站上投诉的回复邮件如下:
“There are no indication why this item was returned to sender.Once the item arrives back in China the sender will be able to lodge a claim for refund of postage if the item has been returned to sender in error.”
Facebook上的回复却又不同:
“Australia Post received a request from China Post to withdraw this article and return it to sender. This is why no attempted delivery was made, and why the article was returned on the same day it arrived.”
所以邮局给出了三个不同答案:
LPO: 他们试图投递,但家中无人
AP Email:不知为何包裹被退回
AP Facebook: 因为AP收到了中国邮局的召回通知,所以包裹未曾投递。
第三个理由在我们看来最匪夷所思。不过为了保险起见,我请我在国内的货代和他们递交包裹的邮局联系,看是否有什么召回通知。货代很快和邮局联系并得到反馈:没有这回事。他们和海外邮局联系都是用传真正式通知。
同日,我再发邮件给AP,告知已经和中国邮局查询过,没有召回通知。
第二天 ,AP给我来电话:说他们在9月22日收到中国邮局的召回通知。
我再次和货代联系,请代为再和中国邮局联系一次。货代也是很给力,马上联系并答复:绝无此事!
再次通知AP最新进展。
于是,在20日收到了AP的最后邮件答复, 原文如下
“In accordance with the Universal Postal Union regulations a postal item shall remain the property of the sender until it is delivered to the rightful addressee. In keeping with this, any investigation into an item and any subsequent request for compensation, must be lodged by the sender with the origin postal administration (China Post).
Australia Post does have the necessary documentation to prove we received a request from China Post to return this item through official channels. Once you have contacted the Postal Industry Ombudsman we will be able to provide this information to them, unfortunately we are not able to provide this to yourself.”
说他们是通过全球邮政联盟的内部邮件系统收到中国邮局的召回通知的。这个证据不能给我看,除非我和PIO ( Postal Industry Ombudsman)联系,他们才能给PIO提供
