申请APEC Business Travel Card 出问题了

看到一些网友申请了APEC Business Travel Card, 有很多方便和好处，我是探亲和业务需要经常回中国， 单是目前和其他APEC国家没有业务往来， 现在收到这个要求补充材料，仅仅提供中国是不够的，大家有什么好办法，谢谢。

I refer to your application for an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) received by the Department of Home Affairs on 11/09/2023.



I have assessed your application and require further information to satisfy the outstanding criterion/ criteria:



·         Business Engaged in Trade and Investment between APEC Economies




Please note the following when replying to us:

-        Read all the following information below for what is required to satisfy each outstanding Criterion.

Business Engaged in Trade and Investment between APEC Economies Criterion



To be eligible for an ABTC you must demonstrate that your nominated business or employer is engaged in trade and investment between APEC economies.



I note you have provided confirmation of the business and engagement with China however you have provided no further supporting evidence which indicates engagement with other APEC economies. This information is insufficient for me to be satisfied that your company meets the Business Engagement Criterion.



Please provide:

·         evidence that the business is engaged in trade and investment between APEC economies.



Evidence may include:

§  verifiable registration certificates or Australian Securities and Investment Commission registration details (if applicable), please note that registration of a business in an APEC economy alone may not be sufficient to establish trade and investment between APEC economies, please endeavour to include at least one other form of evidence from the list below;

§  publicly available product/service information that identifies goods or services that the business trades between APEC economies.

§  Invoices, bills of lading or other evidence that clearly identify the vendor, the customer and what goods or services the business trades between APEC economies;

§  contracts, MOUs or other signed agreements that establish a relationship between the business and an entity in another APEC economy

§  a copy of a lease or other document evidencing an address and location of an office of the business in another APEC economy;

§  receipt of an Export Market Development Grant from Austrade in the past five years;

§  finalist status in the Australian Export Awards in the past five years.





START UP BUSINESS

If the business is a start-up operation, please provide evidence of business viability, sound business planning, market research and product/s or services to be traded. Supporting evidence may include: business plans, business client details, news articles, financial documentation confirming business establishment or, a letter of support from a recognised business peak body.

疫情后，条件已经放宽不少了，之前还要求’一年内出国四次‘

可以提供与apec国家的贸易往来交易合同或者其他投资协议，需要经常往返所属国家，如果没有这些佐证材料，是比较困难的，提供2-3个国家即可。
