Ingredients:
280g prawns
Cellophane noodles (Soaked,drained and cut)
Spring onions (cut into sections)
Ginger (julienned)
Chilli (cut diagonally)
2 tablespoon LKK steamed fish soy
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon chicken powder
Pepper
Water
Cooking oil
Methods:
Devein and wash prawns, pat dry with paper towel. Combine the prawns with steamed fish soy, sesame oil, chicken powder and pepper in a large bowl, mix well and marinate for 30 mins.
Heat oil in frying pan, sauté ginger and Spring onions until fragrant. Add in the marinated prawns and stir fry till prawns change colour. Add in the cellophane noodles and small amount of water, continue frying until the cellophane noodles are well coated in the sauce.

粉丝
葱(切段)
姜(切丝)
辣椒 (切斜片)
2 dessert spoon 李锦记蒸鱼豉油
麻油
1 teaspoon 鸡粉
胡椒粉
水
油
做法:
鲜虾去肠洗净滤干,加蒸鱼豉油,麻油,鸡粉和胡椒粉腌半个小时。粉丝用冷水泡开后剪段。
锅里加油烧热,放姜葱炒香,加虾炒至变色。加粉丝,加点水,继续翻炒至粉丝上色即可。
