公平交易署说不要从Android Enjoyed，Camera Sky和Klukkur上网购

Do not deal with Android Enjoyed, Camera Sky and Klukkur, Fair Trading warns

NSW公平交易署警告消费者不要从这三个网站上购物，因为他们已经给消费者造成了大约$150,000的损失。 Android Enjoyed，Camera Sky和Klukkur这三个网页的后面都是一个公司：Digital Skies Group Pty Ltd。

该公司买包括手机，平板，相机和手表等电子产品。这些网站违反了澳洲的消费者保护法多项法例，包括：质量问题，收钱不发货和销售不适合澳洲市场的产品。

目前已知消费者损失大约有$150,000。网络消费者论坛上有很多关于这几个网站的差评。公平交易署收到了多个关于他们的投诉，而且根本无法联系公司负责人。所有的电话都无人接听。

以前的几个老同事合伙开的店 。。。。

其实他们也和kogan一样都是香港运到澳洲，产品本身只符合香港或生产国的标准。

只是他们几个觉得自己是香港注册公司可以不用理睬澳洲ACCC/Fairtrading而已。

最后可能公司被注销，几个owner被禁止当director，也有可能个人被起诉。就看fair trading想怎么玩了。

这是灰色市场不理ACCC/FairTrading的下场，kogan都好好的只要不惹政府部门。

3. The contract

No terms and conditions contained in the confirmation of order, purchase order or other document of the buyer will form part of the contract.
When you place an order to purchase a product from CameraSky, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents the purchase of a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation of a dispatched product (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail do not form part of that contract.



17. Governing law and jurisdiction

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. They will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to Hong Kong SAR Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR Courts.

App 只 购买 苹果app store, 就像用信用卡 , 从来都不会在小店用, 或者一些doggie的网站 , 谁知道后面有没有 什么安全隐患,
