鸡肉丸子咋做呀
Ingredients:
400g minced chicken
2 stalks spring onions (chopped)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 teaspoon light soy
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 egg
Freshly cracked black pepper
Sesame oil
Teriyaki Sauce
60ml Ayam brand teriyaki sauce
1 dessert spoon dark soy
1 cup water
1.5 dessert spoon sesame seeds (toasted)
1/2 teaspoon Worcester sauce (optional)
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Sesame oil
Cornflour + water to thicken the sauce
Methods:
Preheat oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine the minced chicken, spring onions, garlic, ginger, breadcrumbs, chicken powder, soy, oyster sauce, pepper and egg in a large bowl, mix well until it is all evenly combined. Roll the meat mixture into meatballs and place the meatballs on the lined baking tray. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Teriyaki sauce:
In a saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients except for the toasted sesame seeds and cornflour mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat until sauce is slightly reduced. Add the cornflour mixture to the boiling sauce mixture, stir and cook until thickened. Once thickened, add the sesame seeds.
Combine the meatballs and the teriyaki sauce until the meatballs are well coated in the sauce then serve on rolls.
