看完我是真心有点愤怒了,谢天谢地,我们家没在VIC。
Simon says "Remove those activities identified by the review as potentially unsuitable for some students."
Merlino: All activities will be compulsory for all students.
Simon says "Ensure that the content aligns with the curriculum content for biology appropriate for the target age group."
Merlino: We will use and target any age group we want.
Simon says "Any further resources be peer reviewed and approved by a panel of qualified educators"
Merlino: Qualifications mean nothing just like federally ordered reviews by academics.
Simon says "Have all third party organisation branding removed from all official resources."
Merlino: Activists can continue to write and run the program.
Simon says "Requiring that national and local programme managers not bring the programme into disrepute, or engage in political advocacy in a way that represents their views as being endorsed by the programme."
Merlino: Children love being activated.
Simon says "Requiring that the resources for the programme not be used for political advocacy."
Merlino: He can't wait to celebrate with more primary school kids at the Pride March again next year.
Simon says "Ensure the distribution and promotion of Safe Schools Coalition Australia programme materials is restricted to secondary school settings only."
Merino: Secondary? We start in kindergarten here.
Simon says "Resources, which were not developed as classroom resources, to one-on-one discussions between students and key qualified staff."
Merlino: Anyone can talk to children about sex, stop annoying us with this qualifications word.
Simon says "Align the location of resources with other inclusion, support, tolerance and anti-bullying measures by housing official resources only on the official Australian Government Safe Schools Hub website, which contains other inclusion and anti-bullying resources for schools, teachers, parents and students in areas such as racism, domestic violence and disabilities."
Merlino: It's too hard to change a now entirely redundant core curriculum.
Simon says "Requires parental consent for student participation in programme lessons or activities"
Merlino: Parents have nothing to do with their children's education. That's the states job.
Simon says (Parents will) "Have access to full and consistent information of its content and the resources that may be used in schools."
Merlino: Parents? Ignore those bigoted dinosaurs, they probably can't read anyway.
Simon says "Have an official resource for parents of students dealing with questions of sexual identity developed, and distributed only by key qualified staff."
Merlino: Children should piece it together themselves from sites that have links to pornography and pedophilia and not tell their parents about these unqualified individuals. |
