Opening in January 2025, Golden Century will move into level 3 of Crown Sydney, continuing their 30 year legacy and reprising the original concept which has been unavailable to diners since their Sussex St location closed during Covid in 2021.
The venue will pay homage to the original with live seafood tanks, and a menu brimming with Golden Century’s signature dishes of live seafood from the tanks including XO pippies, live lobster cooked two ways, and abalone steamboat, as well as other signature classics like peking duck, salt and pepper squid, and a yum cha lunch offering.
