2021财年自己交了一点super，结果忘记claim tax deduction, 已经完成了2021年的tax return。 想知道还可不可以claim 2021年的这部分自交super的tax deduction，有没有比较了解的？看了一下super公司的说法： I am lodging this notice at the earlier of either: 》Before the end of the day that I lodged my income tax return for the income year in which the contributions were for, or 》 Before the end of the income year following the year in which the contribution was made 第一条肯定是不符合了，第二条的意思是不是在2022年6月30号之前也可以claim？ 想问个明白人，怕最后申请了，super公司扣了15%的税，ATO还不给算作tax deduction。 万分感谢。 |
