昆州刚刚公布了上个财年的结算，和下个财年的预算。 因为矿业繁荣，天然气和煤炭价格高涨，昆州意外录得财政盈余19亿。 输家： 1. 矿业企业，矿产资源税要涨 The current 15 per cent royalty rate will rise to: 20 per cent for prices above $175 per tonne 30 per cent for prices above $225 per tonne 40 per cent for prices above $300 per tonne 2. 博彩业 将会被加税 A 15 per cent tax on all bets placed by punters (introduced in 2018) is being increased with an additional 5 per cent Racing Levy. 3. 大公司payroll tax 要涨 Businesses with an annual payroll of more than $10 million will pay a levy of 2.5 cents for every $10 of taxable wages they pay above $10 million. 4. 州政府对旅游业的补贴要降低 This year's budget commits "up to $66.4 million" over four years to support initiatives for tourism recovery and growth.
