最近打算卖房，偶然经过发现前院的小树丛都枯萎了，谁的责任？？？怎么追责？？ 以前和中介口头说过让租客照顾院子，中介会在下周找专业人士来看看具体什么原因导致的，我个人觉得就是不浇水。 虽然不是什么名贵花草，但是长这么大一片也花了十来年了，心疼~~ 在合同里面的第38条找到了： 38. the tenant agrees to fully and regulaerly maintain and water the garden are, including the trees and shrubs. the tenant also agree to regularly weed all garden beds, water all plants and lawns, mow the lawns and trim the edges and remove all garden rubbish from the property. 下周去找中介~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |
