不太懂这是什么东东啊？受到一封信，说是现在可以买这个NOTE，最低买5000块的。还有个条款是这个，也不太明白。希望有懂的高手给科普一下吧。 Mandatory Conversion and Optional Exchange • Notes are perpetual, and do not have a fixed maturity date. However, ANZ must convert all of the Notes into Ordinary Shares on the first to occur of 24 March 2025 (if the Mandatory Conversion Conditions are satisfied on that date) and the first Distribution Payment Date after that date on which the Mandatory Conversion Conditions are satisfied2 • ANZ may be required to Convert a number of Notes into Ordinary Shares following the occurrence of a Common Equity Capital Trigger Event; or a Non-Viability Event. A Conversion following a Trigger Event is not subject to any conditions • ANZ may also choose to Exchange all or some Notes on issue on 24 March 2023; or following the occurrence of a Tax Event; or a Regulatory Event, subject to APRA’s written approval and certain conditions • ANZ must Convert all (but not some only) Notes following the occurrence of a Change of Control Event |
