看看各家银行对PAYG收入证明都有什么要求

ANZ
PAYG Income (please supply any one of the following options):

One pay slip confirming at least 3 months YTD figures (no more than 5 weeks old; must be consistent with annual income; not handwritten); or
Wages credited to a transaction account for the last 3 months, verified by supplying the ANZ account number or copies of other financial institution bank statements (with at least one being an original statement with Internet statements acceptable for others).

ING
PAYG applications

Latest pay slip (if pay slip does not contain ABN, evidence of salary crediting must be provided) PLUS
Latest Group Certificate or Taxation Return (Last 2 years Group Certificate or Tax Returns required if less than 12 months in current job)

NAB/Homeside
Income for PAYG borrowers/guarantors

Copy of at least two (2) consecutive pay slips and a copy of the most recent tax assessment notice or
A letter from the employer and a copy of the most recent tax assessment notice.

CBA
This can be verified through one of the following;

3 Months Transactional account statements showing salary credits; or
2 electronic pay slips less than 60 days old showing the employers name and the employees name Or

Any two of the following;

Letter from employer less than 60 days old (confirming current employment, length of employment and gross income details)
Tax return/PAYG Payment Summary/Tax Assessment Notice which is less than 15 months old (waived for new entrants into the workforce)
Employment Contract
1 pay slip less than 60 days old

Westpac
PAYG INCOME (ONE of the following is required per applicant)
MUST be dated no older than 6 weeks

1 year to date pay slip covering a minimum of 2pay cycles detailing Base Salary
·
2 recent consecutive pay slips detailing Base Salary
·
Letter from employer detailing: Base Net Income, Base Gross Income, Length of Service, Mode of Employment (must be signed, dated and on company letterhead) Note: handwritten letters are unacceptable
·
Latest Group Certificate or ATO Return & Assessment Notice
·
Last 2 printed pay envelopes detailing Base Salary
·
Bank statements/passbooks with detailed narrative covering 2recent pay periods

If loans are subject to Mortgage Insurance: (One of the following is required per applicant)
·
1 year to date pay slip covering a minimum of 2 pay cycles, detailing base salary
·
2 recent consecutive pay slips detailing base salary
·
Letter from employer detailing: Base Net Income, Base Gross Income, Length of Service, Mode of Employment (must be signed, dated and on company letterhead). The letter is to be supported by a pay slip or latest Group Certificate, which validates the employer and income figures in the letter.
