We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Data Base Administrator/Analyst for our Sydney office. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager APAC, key responsibilities for role include:
Planning Files
Collect information, enter and maintain accurate data for the planning files for Sales and Marketing review in the S&OP meetings for the Distributor markets.
Ensure that the format of the files including formulas & inventory levels are accurately maintained
Update any graphs, statistical and trend information prior to the S&OP meetings
Analyse and comment on trends as appropriate prior to the S&OP meetings
Ensure that any short dated & obsolete stock is reflected in the files prior to the S&OP meetings
Ensure that key activities including Regulatory or promotional activities are noted
Prepare the summary (csv) files and send to the appropriate planner to upload into SAP
Work with the Planning Manager to standardise and improve the format of the files
S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) Meetings
Set up the S&OP meetings in Outlook ensuring that all relevant parties are included
Participate in the Distributor S&OP meetings
Take the minutes and issue within one week of the S&OP meetings
SAP Database management
Responsibility for maintenance of Material Master, Purchasing Info Records and Source Lists in SAP
Assist in Pricing & Customer Master maintenance as required
Prepare and maintain process documentation and ensure that all approvals and controls are followed
Reports
Maintain the NPI (New Product Introduction) report on a monthly basis and request input from Commercial, Regulatory and Labeling & Packaging teams as required
Prepare the Distributor Inventory reports on a monthly basis
Prepare monthly Supply Chain KPI’s
Prepare monthly forecast accuracy reports
Ensure MSI’s (Master Shipping Instructions) are up to date for all countries
Collect data and analyse as requested on supply chain activities
APAC Supply Chain
Participate in projects as requested by APAC Supply Chain Manager or Director
Administration related to regional freight and distribution tasks as required
Maintain relevant SOP’s as required
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain area
Tertiary qualifications highly desirable
Experience working within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industries an advantage
Sound knowledge of SAP an advantage
Essential Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure within strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Accurate data entry
Effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
Excellent co-ordination skills
Analytical
Excellent Excel skills
