Now I am going to apply for onshore PR 885 application using australian qualification. I am just wondering if my chinese qualifications required by immigration department need to be Qing Hua Ren Zhen ??

i think you might not need that qin hua ren zheng, if you have aussie master degree. (well you can always send it later if its required by the case officer）
but you should have your chinese bachelor degree certificate translated by some official authority.
