1. maintenance of IT hardware and software.
to support all computing systems, such as file and print servers, application servers and interfaces.
to install, configure and troubleshoot all peripherals
to carry out backup procedures and ensure full recoverability.
to be responsible for contingency planning for events of disaster
to manage and maintain personal computers, printers and other IT peripherals.
to provide 24-hour standby support for ctritical applications.
