About the role:
You will be interfacing with our high profile customer on a daily basis meeting their day-to-day computer hardware, software and network requirements. Your day will vary from managing and resolving higher level technical issues to assisting end users with 2nd level support queries. Working in a close knit support team, you will manage your workload and have access to training to assist in your career development.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting and managing server and network infrastructure
* Resolving 2nd and 3rd level support queries
* Managing the daily requirements and administration of Backup and DR solutions
* Recommending, scheduling, and executing systems improvements, upgrades and repairs
Skills and experience:
* Degree qualified IT professional with proven experience as a Systems Administrator
* Experience supporting Red Hat, Windows and ESX environments
* ITIL V3 and CCNA certification will be highly regarded
