小商场， 店已经关了，之前发邮件给他们说没钱付房租了， 到现在也没付，他们要了我三月和二月的销售额， 然后今天给了个回复 减25percent.. 这么算来，三月是不亏钱， 但是一直不能营业，也不知道会怎样，这样下去的话 五月的房租肯定是没着落。

In the meantime, we are pleased to advise that provide you with
rent free equal to 25% of Aprils rent on the terms listed below. You will be required to:-
Pay April rent as invoiced in full (if not already paid).
Supply us with a Tax Invoice for the amount of and within 48 hours of your rent payment and Tax Invoice being received by our office we will pay the rent free amount to you.
