According to the North Korean government, 10,000 people had been quarantined by the end of March.[4] From 12 February, the 14-day quarantine on all foreigners (including their local staff) was extended to 30 days.[10] Diplomats and other foreigners were evacuated to Vladivostok in March.[8][9] By 27 March, according to North Korean media, there were only two foreigners in quarantine and 2280 North Koreans were under "medical observation" in areas such as South Phyongan province and North Phyongan province, Ryanggang province, and the city of Rason.[18]

只要它医院系统没爆，没有像武汉那样人员倒毙街头，平壤上空都是焚化后的二氧化硫就行。人家到底是1月22日关闭边境的，发现一个枪毙一个的，这样再不行，人类真的完了。
