我觉得词典上的定义就说的很好，If you tell someone something, you give them information.
可见tell只是告诉你不用恐慌，就是政府告诉你不用慌，慌啥啊，事情还没有那么严重嘛

但是urge 层度上就strong多了，If you urge someone to do something, you try hard to persuade them to do it.
如果你使劲儿劝别人要做，或不要做什么事，那其实带有要求的意思了，（有种混乱中大喊保持镇静的感觉）

suspended 替换了 stopped  ，仅就字面理解

当武汉封城，公共交通停运时，用Stop来表述大家都能明白是运营停止了。stop的着重点在停上，临时停还是就永久关停从字面上就看不出来了。

suspend的定义是
If you suspend something, you delay it or stop it from happening for a while
看到suspend 你就明白这是一个临时措施，停一段时间，以后会恢复的，所以这个给出的信息更准确一些

new coronavirus 替换了  novel coronavirus

novel的定义是：
Novel things are new and different from anything that has been done, experienced, or made before.
根据这个定义可以看出，它包含的意思要远多于new，new只是其中一部分

我的理解是冠状病毒以前就有，但这次武汉的冠状病毒是不同于以往的，它是隶属于冠状病毒这个大家庭之下的一种新的病毒，

它不是已知的，所以new，但它不仅仅是new，而且它超出了我们以往的认知，它是奇特的，它是异常，。
所以用novel更准确。

Dr 在本句中，我的理解是应该翻译成博士，因为他的供职机构是大学而不是医院，他是病毒学家其主要职责是研究病毒而不是给病人看病。

start = to start, 句子中省略了to.
let后接不带to的不定式作宾语补足语,故此处的动词原形实际上是去掉to的不定式(infinitive)

我曾经很认真的给我的朋友和同学推荐一些网站，好像没啥人感兴趣，我老公说我有点烦，你自己喜欢就好，干嘛像传教的似的

以前学不好英语赖国内没有语言环境，现在在澳洲同样学不好英语，也同样这个理由。
想学，资料俯拾皆是，不耻下问，满大街都老师。
关键是不知道自己到底想学还是不想学。

那你听btn就可以了，我老师说难度差不多，但我觉得btn比这个难点。
