QA 有真的那麼好嗎？

我想這已經是老問題了
今天收到2020年QA入學通知，從SUNNNYBANK去應該要1個小時吧，真想知道QA值得舟車勞頓嗎？還有聽說學費也是公校的四倍？IB申請澳洲大學好像也沒什麼優勢。

QA只給一星期考慮，怎麼感覺昆省的學校死要錢，還是怕人占位子到時收不到學生？第一次聽到公校要預付學費的！

The formal acceptance of offer and payment form are included below. Return of this form and payment of the non-refundable deposit by Friday 7 June 2019 is required to confirm your place at Queensland Academy for Science Mathematics and Technology in 2020.

The next step in the enrolment process will include attending a required parent information session; this session will be held on Monday 5 August at 5pm. The session will provide comprehensive details about learning at the Queensland Academy for Science Mathematics and Technology and the enrolment package will be provided to attendees. Enrolment will be confirmed upon attendance at the parent information session, return of the completed enrolment pack and payment of the first semester’s fees.

QA因为用IB的大纲，是需要给IB组织交大纲使用费的。每个IB学生都比ATAR的学生要多交一笔钱，ATAR学生是用昆州自己的大纲，所以不需要额外的费用。
如果嫌QA贵，可以去考BSHS。那里用QCAA的大纲，便宜一些。上学也近一些。再不然上Sunnybank State High, 上学更方便，比BSHS更便宜，LZ愿意吗？

原來是要給上級費用，那IB 真的有優勢嗎？不然還有那麼多人想去？

新洲和维州教育水平高，考IB会有不小的优势，当然很多人想去。

昆士兰是除了北领地外教育最差的州，99.90的水平IB也不一定满分的。但不想考满分，IB比较容易得高分。

IB得另一个好处是不用和你得同学竞争，不用看老师得脸色。平时成绩占比比较小。有点像国内得高考，一考定终身。

IB比较适合全面发展的学生，atar适合偏科的学生。

Public high school fees are no more than $500 per year QA is closer to $4000. For the amount of study the kids do in IB, university don’t give much advantage to the students IB score. However universities will credit some ib subjects towards their university course, giving your 3 to 4 units off their course.
Should your child go to QA? How is your child fitting in, in their current school? Will the current school meet the needs of your child? Do you want your child to have the highest ATAR or become a better student. QA Students need to study much harder to get the same ATAR score
There’s always a few Mansfield students that drop out of QA each year. Some students find QA study to difficult while other miss their friends.

一個是國際系統 Please google "ib system of education"
一個是澳洲計分方式 至於誰好誰壞，太難回答了。

QA孩子学习好不好不清楚 但是感觉看上去就不是那么灵气啊，有人看到水灵的男孩女孩 但少。天天看着这些孩子走来走去。不知道是不是校服拉低了颜值还是怎么的。也有谈恋爱的，好多女孩子还化妆 肤色比较黑的女孩 口红 谈恋爱。

看看QA的naplan的平均成绩。今年QA第一年参加NAPLAN。QA和第二名的差距，估计比第二名和第100名的差距大。
