澳洲生活紧急求救方式 （英文版）
拨电000如果出现严重的紧急事故和如果你需要下列机构的帮助，可以拨电 000：
警察局(Police)
救护车(Ambulance）
消防队(Fire Brigade）。
打000的电话号码时，座机和手机是不用收费的。
如果你不会说英语，告诉接线生你所讲的语言，他们然后会替你直接接通翻译及口译服务(Translating and Interpreting Service，简称TIS），因此不要把电话挂断。
毒药
万一中毒，请拨电毒药谘询中心(Poisons Information Centre），电话： 131126（每天二十四小时服务）。
救护车
如果你需要救护车，请拨电000 O新南威尔士州救护车服务（NSW Ambulance Service）会接送人o怯医院、与医学有关和急救的服务。领取政府的恤金（Pension）或持保健卡 （Healt CareCard）的人士才可以免费获得救护车的服务。如果你没有领取这些福利金，救护车的服务可能会是昂贵的，因此，你可以考虑购买代付这种费用的私立保健保险。
警察局
在澳洲的警察与军队是没有联系的，并且不牵涉政治ogn威尔士州警刘区务 （Ne South Wales Police Service）的宗旨是保护杜区人士的生命和财产、预防及调查罪行、及维持治安。在紧急情况下，可以拨电000。若是非紧急的事情，可以拨电给你当地的警察局。可以在电话簿白页”L－Z””Police Service NSW”那一栏下找到它们的电话号码。
火警
如果发生火警，请拨电 000。

SYDNEY Emergency Information
Hospital emergency departments are open 24 hours a day, including public holidays.The role of emergency departments is to care for emergencies. An emergency is when an illness or injury is serious and requires urgent attention.
The order in which you will be seen in an emergency department is determined by the seriousness of your health problem, not the time of your arrival. Those people with the most serious and urgent conditions will always be seen first, and those with less serious conditions may have to wait until the doctor is free.
