坛子里有同学用 COLES MASTER信用卡的没有？

We're getting in touch to let you know that your Coles No Annual Fee Platinum Mastercard account ending in xxxx has transitioned to our new system.
To start managing your account online, please follow the below steps:
Connect with the Coles Online Service Centre:
1. Visit the Online Service Centre and click 'Set up your login'.
2. Verify your account by entering your 16 digit Credit Card number and Date of Birth.
3. Enter the One Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Follow the prompts to connect your Coles Credit Cards account with a new or existing Coles account
5. Once connected, you'll use your Coles account email and password to access your Coles Credit Cards account.
6. Download the new App by searching "Coles Credit Cards" in the App Store or Google Play Store.
7. Once downloaded, you'll use your Coles account email and password to access your Coles Credit Cards account.
8. Complete device registration, including setting up biometric and passcode login for future access.
9. You can now uninstall the old Coles Mobile Wallet App as it will no longer be supported.
Important Notes
• You will need access to the mobile number registered to your Coles Credit Cards account as well as your Coles account (if different) to receive the One Time PIN which is essential to the account connection process.
• If you need to update this mobile phone number, please contact us on 1300 306 397 or if you're overseas (+61) 2 8288 2890.
• Any additional cardholders will also need to have their own Coles account connected to their credit card to set up their login details. Remember never to share your login details with anyone, otherwise you may be liable for any unauthorised transactions on your credit card account.

这些步骤我全都成功地做了，除了打电话那一条。
下载APP，再Login，输入收到的验证码，出来一个感叹号，说 Unable to use COLES Credit card APP。

这个没办法的新的APP 做的和排泄物一样虽说原来的不怎么样NAB这一款更差
最可气的是电话也永远打不通我利用老板的时间和他们死磕了两个小时 才终于通上了话
确实有一部分用户在transfer过程中 出现了系统问题你我可能就是其一
唯一的解决方式就是APP注册是成功不了了
你得用网页search coles credit card online service centre
然后一步一步完成注册然偶就可以online 查询管理
可是app不能用的问题 还是不能解决
我也是才走到这一步准备再试用它一个月如果还不能解决 还这么不方便那就只能 大声说拜拜了

没有清高呀！每一分钱都是算着花的 当时我的也是login不了，后来是在电脑上选择了当前用户连接coles账户，按照其一步一步完成了连接，这时再login网上银行就成功了，然后再login app也成功了。但是奇怪的是，我LG的账户（我是主账户）说密码不对，可是按忘记密码却总也收不到重设密码的邮件，但是他的邮箱是可以收到银行发来的信息的。估计只能打电话解决，现在人太多，等这事消停后再打吧。 他们换了app，开始我也登不进去，要重新注册， 还要连你的coles账户， 然后就可以登陆了，我还收到coles的短消息说他们知道很多人都登录不了， 希望大家耐心他们在处理，总之体验不是很好。 是啊，下个app怎么都登录不了。今天上网站，注册了一下link了卡和账号才行。

过两天试试。我一开始也不行，过了一天再试，就成功了。首先要有Coles group account, 但那里根本不能Link to Coles Master card, 他们的信息有误导。我是从新的credit card 网站Link 到 Coles group account，成功登陆信用卡网站。然后再去login app，才能成功。我试过在App 上操作不了。
老实说，这么复杂的转换真的第一次见，非常垃圾。 我话花了2天时间才给我老公的卡注册成功。第一天说我尝试太多次，给我锁了。

谢谢楼上各位，今天终于登录进去了。明天才能加分 感谢帖子里面的大神们！ 我昨天打了四个小时的电话都没能解决的问题，居然今天看了大家的回复就成功了！
问题的关键在于，他们根本不问或者不告诉 用户，这个新的信用卡账户要连接的是 “Coles 购物网站”那个账户！万一客人根本没有这个网站的账户呢？我就是没有。我根本就以为 新的账户要连接的是旧信用卡网站的登陆信息。这步全错了。怪不得log in 不通过。我根本就没有账户啊。根本没在他们网站上买过东西。

我也是， 说我的账户inactive, 必须打电话 我用一个新的Email注册， 还是不行 :Q 我按照提示的步骤试了几天都不行，打电话根本没人接。后来登录到coles的账号，从coles账号里面link信用卡，最后成功了。我觉得是你首先要有一个coles的账号，这个账号用的Email要跟你原来的coles mastercard用同一个Email。 floodp 发表于 2025-9-16 21:12

你的问题也许不同吧，我看你上面说你的卡inactive，可能你的还得打电话 我刚才搞了。很顺利。就是步骤很多 应该是前天晚上就可以了
我打了两次电话，一次大概40分钟后才有人给我回复说系统问题，明天不行再说。结果第二天再打1个小时都没人接。关键是还收到短信说账单可以在线查了，请注意按时还款。过程挺混乱的，起码发个短信通知大家系统有问题，不用担心。。。 这几年屡次电话信用卡公司和flybuy但就是连不上 Flybuy到网购应用，而且网购应用也比不上wws的。这次系统升级虽然一番周折但终于给连上了。 我是几年前coles账户就出问题了，我没管，这次换APP要连COLES账户，我就没办法了

那您的flybuy跟卡连上了吗？
我现在app是可以用了，可是flybuys连不上。一连就说出错，叫我打电话给flybuys。经过AI的层层询问与等待，我终于打通电话了，那边工作人员说，这事我们干不了，你要找信用卡那边的人。于是我现在又开始打信用卡那边的电话。
