标题: 问问大家多久给房子查一次白蚁
今天,在地毯上发现一只死翘的白蚁,鸡皮疙瘩起了一身 ---- 一年前买房的时候,请人查过白蚁,没有---是不是应该再叫人来查一查了? ---大家一般多久请人来查一次呢? --- 有没有好的白蚁师父推荐的?:si26

前后翅膀相同的为白蚁，前长后短的为蚂蚁。一般来说，飞白蚁块头要略为大过飞蚂蚁。发现飞白蚁不代表你家有白蚁，不过，不幸的是，你们地区应该有白蚁，房子处于白蚁攻击的危险中。如果你家地基较高，下面通风良好，危险相对小些。如果地基有部分埋在地里，则要非常小心。

Manningham是白蚁区？真的？偶们刚搬到doncaster，而且买房子前也没有叫pest inspection。不要吓我们哦。

不过偶们的地基很高的说，而且也干燥。人在里面都可以站直了。就是花园里树木花草多阿。看来得好好查查了。

看到上面这个报告，有点慌。。。
不止地基，连屋顶的wood frame都可能受侵害。还有什么drywood 白蚁。。。干木头也可能招白蚁。。。

AgeanSea 前面说的Manningham---是白蚁区是基于以下的list。这只是说这些council地区发现过白蚁，而且承认有这种情况。这就要求那些builder在建房子时对土地作防白蚁预处理。

找黄页，pest control，建议不要找什么大公司，最好找小的不能再小，一个老头干了很多年了的那种（当然，邻居推荐最好）。用不着400块，又不是买房子。

是吗? 不用400? ---我去问问邻居,看看他们多久查一次,找谁查 --- 如果真有白蚁, 光我一个急不行, 邻居也的跟着行动才好

买了house，总有忙不完的事情。不过这个白蚁的东西确实麻烦。家里是还没有发现任何白蚁（可能是每个窗户都有纱窗的关系？），或被虫蛀的痕迹。但是比如屋顶和天花板的夹层，和下面的地基，可不是一看就看得出的。而且周围还有那么多的花花草草，和没有处理完的成捆的修剪下来的树枝。。。AgeanSea 姐阿，如果找到好的便宜得pest control的local guy 就推荐一下哈。
偶们没做过pest inspection，心里总归不是很放心。
btw，据说一次白蚁防治，可以保证5年？

说起白蚁专家,想起很久以前看过一则报道,好像是TODAY TONIGHT,说一专门给人检查白蚁的,明明人家家里没有白蚁,他去检查的时候,自己带了一堆白蚁尸体,趁人不备,放到别人家里,然后报告说你家又白蚁,很危险,我跟你推荐一种治白蚁的有效药,云云,当然那个药是他自家生产滴,:si163
