青口怎么吃 Mussels in white wine

青口,爱吃海鲜的都爱这个吧?这个做法非常清爽,一人能干掉一大盘 ,做法不能再简单





Ingredients:
1kg mussels, in shells
small glass white wine
1 shallot, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoonsalt

做法
1.Rinse and scrub mussels under cold water.
2.Using your fingers or paring knife, remove beards (strings that hang from the mussel shells), and discard.
3.In a large stockpot set over medium heat, combine wine, shallots,and salt.
4.Simmer 5 minutes.
5.Add mussels, cover, and increase heat to high.
6.Cook until all mussels are open, about 5 minutes.
7.Remove from heat.
8.Serve immediately
