UBank passes a 0.25% p.a. rate cut to its customers UBank will pass the rate reduction directly on to its variable rate UHomeLoan customers. Passing on the 0.25%p.a. rate cut brings UBank's already low standard variable headline rate for new Owner Occupier P&I loans down to 3.74%p.a. including a discount of 0.43% p.a (value offer). This rate cut means UBank is now offering its lowest ever standard variable rate.
