“如果你想更精也可以看看一般不同的managed funds. 因為一般industry super是比較index-style, 他們也不太告訴他們的underlying investments. 但一般的managed funds都會講Top 10 holdings (除了hedge funds). 所以你也可以看看一些好的managed funds是如何投資.”

这个是否是和中国的基金公司一样，都有公布自己的前十名的股票。

你的建议非常中肯。我每次都很注意看你的建议。我要去找找表现好的基金看看他们的前十名的持股情况。

我来澳洲只有几年，从去年中期开始才关注澳洲金融。说实话，我学习到了很多东西。

我很庆幸自己找到了这里，多了很多的交流。特别是你在我的这个帖子下面的回复给了我很大的启示。

你能关于这个给我一些建议。我知道morning star有非常好的fund的分析和排名。

至于怎么看这些 fund 的 top 10 持股情况？ 你能否给一些建议。

是的，hostplus的online 的确是可以马上看到你开始到今天的 performance

但是我和前面提到的，更具体的。还有他们名下各自基金的表现和从6个月到1,3,5年得变化都有在半年报和年报。

不過managed fund真不太建議一直買賣...沒brokerage, 但他們其實有buy/sell spread. (It's like a hidden cost...very small %, but if you trade too many times)
最主要unit price不是每天算出來...所以我有看過很多人 明明昨天stock market大漲, 為何我managed funds還跌..其實你那天看到的fund unit price可能是反應前幾天的market, 他們unit price是要過一兩天後才會看的到. 所以這些人以為買到爛的managed fund當天就賣掉.. 熟不知他賣在高點, 然後又去買其他funds @高點...

这个也是我所关心的。

我至今没有从hostplus 看到。

不过你说的，倒让我想起中国的基金。

你有什么建议。或者有一个不情之请

你能我看看 hostplus的网站，看看是否有具体的这些。

我发现hostplus在industry fund中投资澳洲股票的表现非常靠前。

我目前（一年来）对养老金的操作是用来练手。自己很幸运，有家庭的熏陶，在加上澳洲吃苦的锻炼，让我知道了钱的可贵。我开始很认真的为了自己的未来，为了家庭的未来，为了financial independent而努力。

我的正式职业与这个无关。纯粹就是一个为了挣正常薪水的闲活。所以上班以外的时间，就是做家务，做饭，然后自己学习。

嗯.. 我看了一下hostplus還真沒看到所謂的buy/sell spread. 當然也不是每一個managed funds都有, 像cash fund等這些就大部分都不會有..一般來說是不高, 不過你真很想要的話..可以短消息你的email, 我可以email你一般其他的managed fund costs, which gives you a rough idea how much it would cost you.
Alternatively, you can contact Hostplus and ask for it. 說不定他們的funds都沒有buy/sell spread也有可能.

那你說的top 10 holding, 這裡我可能就沒法幫到你.. 因為這大多都是adviser才比較看的到 (也就是我們要花錢).. 當然一般人可能做一下research也有幫法, the fund managers would release such info anyway. 但也不一定準, 因為他們要有大的transactions他們也會block不讓一般public看的到. 今天的top 10不表示下個月也還是top 10.. 大家一定都會留一手, 要不然都餓死了. Top 10 holding當參考 也不能當你的唯一. Morningstar我記得會有, 但一般的member我不知道看不看的到.

Industry super的所有funds rating都滿不錯.. 他們滿適合只想要低價和剛入門的朋友.. 但當然如果你做到後面想要更多的時候, e.g. 有專門manged fund是做Aus small companies..blue chips的funds, 有專門做resources..有做China fund.. 有做property, 然後專門做commercial or residential or even holiday等等property fund時候.. 你可能就要找不同的super fund來滿組你這樣的需求.

www.investsmart.com.au也會有一些fund performance ranking..

其实我这个贴也不是专门针对hostplus的

我之前也做了不同的工作， 不过我看到他表现的还不错。所以也就一直持有。

而且我还让我老公也转到这里来。管理还挺容易的。

这个贴也是为了让更多的关注养老金的问题。

我写信咨询一下hostplus。你这个point曾经有人和我提过，但是没有引起我足够的重视。

非常感谢你黑纸白字的给我解释出来。可惜估计你在悉尼，我在墨尔本。我想让你来尝尝手艺。其他的不敢说，可以让你点菜！

至于top10的持股情况，我非常理解。澳洲这里的股票基金本来就少。而且在权重股上，很多基金又是大头。所以他们不可能给你公布。从我之前问的关于操作软件我就可以看出和中国有极大的不同。中国要弄到持股情况，当然不是时时的，还是一种公开信息。

我一般每半年调整下hostplus的比例,但分得更散,根据他们的收益率决定选则什么项目
至少总体投资为正
不过澳洲的股票选项一般不选

你是要用super買?
1. You can't... 因為這是給一般investment..Super/pension有另外一個不同code..Unless you buying from your SMSF.

2. 這算是retail product, 所以你看它MER很高 3.91%..
最主要最後一行trailing commission..如果你直接買, 有一個0.6% commission是要付給CFS.

買property managed fund最主要注意的就是流動性..就像一般房子不是說賣就可以賣... 大多被suspened managed funds都是property fund or mortgage fund..
Just be aware.
