工作范畴：
1. 操作所有来自中国各港口的进口海运、空运业务的换单、放行和收费，根据客户需要来处理清关和送货；
2. 操作出口到中国各口岸的海运、空运业务的订舱、报关、装箱或上门提货；
3  工作地点MOORABBIN ,VIC 3189 时间9AM-5PM
4  公司提供职业培训
应试要求：
1.   拥有澳洲P.R或公民身份
2.   英文流利、具有较好的语言沟通能力
3   认真仔细，高效率，有良好客户服务意识
4   有国际货运工作经历者优先

Operations Executive
 
We are International Freight forwarders based in Moorabbin /Melbourne, with worldwide agencies.  Our company is a continuously growing business and provides career advancement opportunities.
 
We are looking for a Full time Operations Executive to join the team.  You will be covering all aspects of Import/Export operations from start to finish.
This role will suit a motivated and reliable operator who has some experience in customer service and a passion for International Freight business and logistics.
Responsibilities:
·       Managing a portfolio of local and overseas clients
·       Liaising with overseas agents re shipments details
·       Register shipments in EDI System
·       Liaise closely with suppliers
·       Invoicing
To be considered:
        PR or AU Citizens ONLY
·       Freight and logistics industry experience is not essential
·       Customer service experience
·       Fluent in both Chinese and English
·       Ability to prioritise workload and time management skills
        Male with forklift driver license is prefered
Training will be provided
