About the Company
We are a small business providing products and services that cover most areas of the security industry, including alarm system, CCTV, intercom and access control. We are looking for an enthusiastic Technician / Sales Person to provide support to customers and Sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Pre-program and configure products for specific customer projects
• Provide courteous, prompt & efficient service support to customers via phone/email
• Booking, packing & programming of daily product orders
• Persuasively recommending products and services to customers and prepare quotes
Skills and Abilities:
• A sound knowledge of Electronic Security Systems and Products or qualifications in a related Electronics field are preferred but not essential
• Motivation to learn new knowledge or skill
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
